「Yes i loved staying there」

「Clean property. However, toilet seat is so small - looks like kids version - pls change it. The cistern refill is so loud as if a jet takes off pls fix these in otherwise a good n newly furnished rooms」

「Our room was clean, we arrived late but staff got us our key promptly and checked in. Parking was great right in front of our room. The river right beside was nice for reflecting before we left. Will us this property again for anytime we need to stay in Charleston. It was very affordable for just needing a night to sleep and get ready in the morning. 」

「I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that...

「Tara ( front desk) and Rebecca ( in charge of breakfast and the room in which it’s served) were the most outstanding, efficient, kind workers I ever encountered in a hotel. I was welcomed with a cold drink and snack and a smile after a long trip. Rebecca prepared the best free breakfast any hotel has ever offered.
