"Breakfast subpar"

"The location was amazing and the hotel was very clean. Very convient tram access just three stops from the city center. However, it got very hot in the rooms however. I waited to call the front desk because it seemed the air conditioning was working during the day but not as well at night but when it seems unbearable our third night I called the front desk and the fist thing they said was we should have told them when maintenance was there I was kind of taken aback and also tried to explain we didn’t call during the day because it was working then and we weren’t sure it was an issue till that night when it got unbearable, however they did graciously offer for us to stay in a different room and keep our stuff in that room that night, we did forgo this option because we didn’t want to leave our stuff in an unattended room nor take the time to move it late at night but we also realized after research another room would likely not have been better as it seems most hotels restrict air conditioning at night in Italy (we couldn’t turn the thermostat below 20 Celsius and even at that it felt much warmer). I do wish the hotel would’ve just been honest and explained this, however knowing it’s a thing now overall the stay was enjoyable. I also felt very safe there. They do have a cafe on sight for convenience, but I would not recommend. The food was subpar."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent space and facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly which is very much appreciated as a solo traveller. Breakfast was very delicious with a good choice for all needs. The proximity to the centre, sights and tram stop from the airport made everything work so well. A good set up for a day of sightseeing! I can't recommend this hotel highly enough and I will be going back with my family."

"Centrally located 2 blocks from the train station and 4 blocks from the Famous Doumo, this hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was excellent, helpful and polite. Rooms were exactly as advertised. I highly recommend everyone to stay here."
