「The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.」

「When we arrived, we met the owner who informed us that we were getting an upgrade and then were ushered into this unbelievable suite with 700 year old painted walls, beautiful furnishings, and lots of space. We had an issue with the transport to the hotel and the lovely receptionist went out of her way to assist in resolving the issue as well as arranging a taxi to the train station. Best hotel experience ever. Highly recommend. 」
