「Personnel peu sympathique, et pas du tout compréhensif. Un vrai manque d'humanisme De plus la chambre est vraiment très simple mais pas non plus désagréable. Cependant définition sans vraiment mal faite, on dirait que les travaux n'ont pas été mené jusqu'au bout. Cela laisse donc à désirer. The hotel is advertised as two connected properties with spa amenities but in reality they are pretty disjointed and quite a bit of walk from each other. The spa reservation system is not great because there is no online way to reserve a massage and one needs to go to a remote reception spot to reserve it between 10 am and 7 pm (which is prime time NOT to be at the hotel). So we ended up skipping it because of that and also the prices were...
