But what made it unforgettable was the host—so warm, welcoming, and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. From local tips to daily check-ins, their kindness made us feel completely at home. It was hands down the best stay we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to return!

It was very clean and the property manager was friendly, speaks only Portuguese but used a google translator so all was good. It is located on a steep road so it was tricky turning in or parking. It was a fun adventure entering because you are given a series of codes to open doors to go to your room because there is no reception. You need to drive for groceries.

Brand new build, still under construction with painting being done. VERY clean space - staff was present in the evening and first thing in the morning attending to the property / pool. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to pick our check in time. Only issue we had was the jacuzzi was cold (which seems to be a thing in Portugal)

Certainly! Here’s a I recently had the pleasure of staying at São Lourenço Guest House and it was an absolutely wonderful experience One highlight of my stay was their exceptional laundry service. I needed help with my laundry at the very last minute, and they handled it with such efficiency and care. The turnaround time was impressive, and my clothes came back perfectly clean and fresh. This level of service truly sets them apart and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a seamless and memorable stay.

Aangenaam en verzorgd gastenverblijf

Mooie, nieuwe en nette, verzorgde locatie. De kamer was wat aan de kleine kant maar dat werd ruim goedgemaakt door het gemeenschappelijke zwembad. Ook was alles aanwezig in de keuken. De badkamer was ok maar er hing regelmatig een sterke rioolgeur. Het parkeerbeleid was onduidelijk. Toch geraakten we onze auto gemakkelijk kwijt.
