「Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof...

「Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira! 」

「Near airport , few shop and restaurant. lobby have free wifi and if you reg the member,you can get the free a bottle of madeira wine,a bottle of water and fruit.No air-con and fan in room ,but we feel cold as the wind.Beautiful view .You can take bus to Funchal,around 15min and cost around 2Euro/way」

「The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. 」

The pool and rooftop were an excellent amenity and the location was central to everything by the water and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and varied, very fresh with fresh baked bread and pastels de nata.」

「Super séjour en famille. Hôtel très beau, petit déjeuner très fourni et personnel sympathique ! La vue depuis la piscine est incroyable. Seul bémol si je puis dire, l'hôtel se compose en plusieurs bâtiments, pour être dans le plus central, il faut choisir une vue mer ou vue partielle mer pour ne pas avoir à traverser la route pour aller au petit dej ou à la piscine par exemple mais c'est un détail. 」
