「Hotel's staff are very helpful and it is a safe, tidy and well-managed hotel over all. The only disadvantage is the location as it requires at least 20 mins walk to popular tourist spot. 」

Maar we konden dit prima oplossen met een taxi, dis ons voor een schapelijk bedrag naar de stadt bracht of ons daar ophaalde als we dat wilden」

「The door of the room is semi-transparent. Lights from the corridor went through the door and woke me up a few times when neighbors go in and out at night. It is neither the desirable place for a good night of sleep nor the place for early sleepers. Keep in mind that your neighbours may come back on 12 a.m. and turn on the corridor light which wake you up.」

「Breakfast looked delicious. The hotel did have a problem with mosquitos which was being fixed a few days after we left, everyone in my family received mosquito bites while at the hotel. Rooms are located on the fifth floor with a small elevator. The pillows felt flat and not supportive. The staff was nice and spoke English. The best part was the central location. 」

「What a fabulous place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly nice. The Residenza is centrally located in the Trastevere neighborhood within walking distances to attractions and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay here next time we visit Rome」
