Lovely new boutique hotel

Very easy upon arrival. Good information given in advance. Very good location for close to Vatican, Ponte and Rione (walking distance). Quiet neighbourhood and yet some nice options for food. The rooms were new and modern. Beds were lovely! Few rooms, so not disturbed by many others. Also very nice that they provided water bottles and soft drinks in the common area. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was in a residential building, one unit was converted to multiple small hotel rooms. Outside of the hotel the building was old and the rooms very small. It was more like an apartment than a hotel.

Not a boutiqe hotel

This is not a boutiqe hotel, it is rooms incorporated in a house of appartments. No signs outside so pay attention to the address. When we arrived early on a Sunday, since our flight was early, the code to get in did not work. We had to call to get in. There was no stafff onsite so we had to leave our bags in the corridor a couple of hours until the room was ready. Otherwise the room was good, location very good, close to the vatican. The best was that the airport bus stop was 1 minute walk away. Since this is not a proper hotel the price is quite high.

Nos encantooo!!! Fue un poco difícil encontrarla, pero fuera de eso fue una gran experiencia. Nos permitieron hacer un check in temprano, la habitación era muy cómoda, estaba muy limpia, y te ofrecían un refri con bebidas 24/7. Está muy muy cerca del Vaticano, aunque queda un poco lejos de otras atracciones principales de la ciudad. Aún así, lo recomendamos mucho.

Excellent stay at the hotel for my Wife & I. As in photos, felt safe in the Prati area. All information was sent via WhatsApp for code access and pre-registration and paying taxes prior to stay. Lovely bed, room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and smart. I would recommend a stay here. About a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro (Lepanto). Plenty of dining options around, I recommend using The Fork app to look for deals around. I hope to return again some day.
