「Beautiful castle building, free coffee at the reception, staff are very friendly and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the train station when the next train was coming within half an hour. Overall it’s a very pleasant stay. 」

「A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.」

「Perfect location for an overnight layover at Logan Airport. Convenient 24 hour airport shuttle, attached restaurant and bar that serves food late. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was hot, fresh and well maintained.」
