「Very clean and accommodating to my personal needs. Only gripe is was told I was getting a room. With a king size bed. However it was actually 2 queen beds. Not too terrible. But worth mentioning nonetheless. 」

「The property was dirty. When I arrived in the room, the television was not working, and it took repeated visits by staff fumbling around to get it to work. I had no hot water in my room the entire day. Pieces of laminate were torn off of the bathroom door. There was considerable other damage to the room as well.」

「The Historic Summit Inn was an amazing stay after a day of Frank Lloyd Wright tours and cave exploring!! The front desk staff was very inviting and helpful in all aspects of our stay - from historical information about the Inn and premises to the surrounding activities in the area. All of the little details that have been restored instead of replaced, make the ambience very special and add to the charm of the whole weekend we spent in the area.」

「1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed. The second night of our stay our key cards would not permit us to gain access to the hotel access doors or our rooms. The staff was helpful in giving us access to the hotel and our...
