"Bathroom was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Also after mentioning it at least 3 times , nothing was done to fix the problem."

"Well I asked for a cot and it's not for queen size beds it's for the king size bed she told me and it was for a child I never heard of such a thing that's one thing I didn't like but the property was very nice and the staff is very nice that's the only thing I had to complain about I couldn't get a cot it should be for every room not for just the king size rooms"
