「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」

「The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. 」

「Very good free breakfast」

「The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.」

「We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.」

「All good 」

「都很好」

「OK吧，再去的话还会入住的。」

「The A/C was difficult to control, but the female staff worker at the front desk came up and showed me how it worked very quickly. It was a good stay, very clean, and the hotel was quiet. I was in Reno for 2 days to visit relatives, and it was a quick drive from the hotel.」

「The property was fine. Expedia suggested we add the $7.99 reservation protection plan so we did and we're charged $15 for that. I would never book with them again!」

「Staffs are friendly and provide really helpful information!」
