This hotel is poorly constructed with no sound insulation between floors, and to the noisy street outside. I would only return if guaranteed a top 4th floor And an even number room that faces away from the main streets.

We appreciated the freezer since we had ice packs, and the privacy screen between the 2 beds was a nice touch. I liked having the shower/toilet separate from the sink so we could both be dressing at the same time. Nice stay!

Nice room w full frig. Quiet enough. Will stay again next trip. Breakfast was basically wrapped muffins and coffee, but we didn’t need or care any way

The rooms were very clean and comfortable but if you think your getting any type of breakfast think again. The breakfast had only coffee, no water or juice, small muffins and yogurt. No fruits or anything else. Don think I would stay there again unless I bring my own breakfast....

It was very noisy. Refrigerator and air conditioner were unbearable. Very little sleep. The breakfast was all sugary stuff, except the oranges. Coffee was very good. Reception area was quite noisy in the morning.

You definitely get a bag for your buck here! Large, clean, and accommodating room. Kitchen and plenty of space! Nice park and lake with walking trail next door.

We checked out and realized my wife had left her orthopedic pillow in the room. We quickly called the front desk 10 minutes later and told them we are returning to get her pillow. By the time we got there, the maintenance staff had thrown it in the garbage...which my wife had to dig out herself. It might be nice if the staff sets things like this aside or calls the manager in case of lost and found items; they never bothered. If this is hotel policy, we won't be coming back.

This is a very basic property. Not many amenities. Advertised with a breakfast, it was a continental breakfast. Missing hot water for tea and oatmeal. Only fruit was shriveled up oranges, only 5 on hand. No little plates for muffins.

It was ridiculously hot in our room (thermostat was set at78 when we walked in - it was 110 outside). It took 4 hours to get the temperature down to 72 and it was still too warm. There are cars traveling through by the hotel on a fairly residential road, and the have loud reving engines that drive around all night. They were easily heard from our roo (241). Then the beds. Hard and lumpy. Ugh. Had a terrible time trying to sleep! Breakfast was unremarkable as they tend to be in these types of hotels. Nothing hot but coffee. Overall, the hotel met our basic needs and was clean, but we won’t stay here again.

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The proximity to the marina was good. The common spaces were mostly clean but very basic. There were odors in the corridors (vinegar and acetone) that weren’t great and could use some attention. Breakfast is limited, but coffee was good. It’s not located in the best area, so there are some elements that aren’t great.
