「We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds. When we went to our room the smell in the room was awful. I asked for a new room. The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and helpful. He gave us a new room. This room smelled better, but had a different smell (like a mildew smell). The room itself seemed to be in good shape. The only other thing that we noticed was that the carpet seemed to be pretty dirty (after showering and walking only in the room, our feet were dirty).」

「The location was great! (Shopping etc.). The hotel was clean but dated and in need of serious renovations. Breakfast!! 🤔… but without any scrambled eggs 🤔 but they had sausages, biscuits and gravy, waffles , juice, coffee & juice! Fruit- Apples! The staff was great and they took care of any issues, right away very friendly and helpful! The rooms….because of the smoke from cigarettes ….or ???, we had to by two air fresheners that failed to do the job. I’ve stayed at Quality Inn...
