「The only thing we are not too satisfied is low water pressure which takes us longer time for showering. Apart from that, we are pleased with cleanliness, services and overall maintenance of the hotel. Breakfast is good with quick replenish of food and reasonable varieties . Air conditioning and bed are comfortable. If it is allowed, I would give 4.5 stars, instead of 4 stars」

「Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret.」

「The room itself (superior room, 2 twin beds, non-smoking) was perfectly adequate, spacious, clean and comfortable (beds), good shower. Would have been perfect had it had a fridge to keep our drinks cool (particularly with the UK heatwaves we have currently) and maybe a few wine glasses would have been useful. However, when we checked in the man on reception was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, gave us no instructions at all regarding breakfast etc. so it was somewhat disappointing on first...

「We had a 1 night stay before catching the eurotunnel. Everything was brilliant, staff at check in as we arrived quite late, clean room, comfy bed and breakfast the next day. We also had our dog with us and they gave us a goody bag for her too!!」

「Excellent overnight stay prior to getting the Channel Tunnel to France for a holiday. Great location, lovely English pub, good food, great accommodation and lovely staff. Second stay here but will definitely book again if we are going to Europe in the future.」
