「The staff including front desk, housekeeping, servers, and management were excellent in resolving a few issues I had. Very friendly and went out of their way to assist you. I had a sink drainage the first day of arrival. Maintenance was called and they reported it was was fixed. It did not last as the problem stayed the rest of my stay. Had meals that were not satisfactory. One dinner, fish and chips, batter was over cooked and too much grease. Breakfast was poached eggs medium with...

「Room was very nice , window faced the indoor beautifull Hawaiian themed pool.The pool has different dip and shallow area comfortable for adults and children. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.」

「The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful with bags and luggage very nice. Hotel was nice however the front desk was a bit of a headache tried over charging me $100 on my booking and woke me up early morning to deal with this conflict even when I had the do not disturb sign on.」

「The rooms were very spacious, clean, and cvery soundproof. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The juices were empty, as were other hot food items. Not the best variety of items. Otherwise the hotel was great and I would stay there again.」
