「非常好的体验。位于佛罗伦萨近郊的村庄山上，空气非常好。虽然感觉距离市区有些远，但是坐公交车也只是十几分钟，有公交车直达火车站，所以也非常方便。客房只有六个，我们订了四个，其实就是一个小别墅，有庭院，可以在庭院里享受早餐和下午茶，休闲住宿是个非常好的地方。尤其是店老板是一家三口，非常热心，在出租车没有约到的情况下愿意开车送我们去机场，让我们非常感动。」

「Manager was very helpful in directing us to dinner and making sure we had a taxi for an early flight. I thought we would have a shuttle to the airport but instead we had the taxi that was very expensive. Not sure what happened here, but the manager/owner was very nice」

「This is a room in a beautiful building, ~ 15 minute walking distance from city center, right next to Boboli Gardens. It was an easy self-check-in. There was online assistance to answer any questions. Biggest downsides for us was no parking near the apartment, and no staff onsite, so we were unable to leave luggage there before check in/ after check out.」

「We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「Luca is very friendly and helpful. He recommended some restaurants and places with map. The room is beautiful, clean, good light from window and spaceful. There are a table and chairs in room but we also can open 2 29" luggages and move. The air condition is very well in summer time. No fridge in the room. The breakfast is basic but enough. I recommend the hotel to stay.」
