「I love the location and it’s next to the Brown-Red-Purple Lines El Station. It’s is well kept “Historical” property. It’s is quite quaint and charming. Food sources abound within easy walking distance. Wrigley field is close. The price is a value in the winter months but goes up during the vacation seasons. 」
