「The check in was the fastest I've ever experienced. Key card in hand and walking away in under 2 minutes. Room was perfect and shower pressure was excellent. Not very often do I find a hotel room with high pressure.」

「What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

「Clean room, but the air ducts are in the room and you can hear the dampers opening and closing at night. Parking is valet parking and is $49. Which isn’t bad for Chicago. In a great location if you are visiting someone in Wicker Park. The blue line stop is just across the street.」

「Nice hotel」

「Clean room」

「Location was convenient. Located in a safe area where everything was walkable or close to subway entrance. Good local restaurants and shopping.」

「I enjoyed my stay」

It was a little noisy because it sits on Diversity Pkwy. but I would somewhat expect...

「Perfect location for seeing a show at The Vic! Lots of restaurants nearby. I didn’t love having the private bathroom not connected to the room but I did know about this when I booked. Everything was very clean and the staff-free check in went smoothly. I’d stay here again.」

「bad pillow quilt」

「I think it's a little quiet, as this is a house, so sometimes there may be only one person (you) in the house at night.」

「Good stay and amenities.」

「I loved this place it was in a great location and the property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. Parking was an issue but I found a spot not even half a mile down the road so overall wasn't a big issue. If I'm ever back in Chicago I would definitely stay here again.」
