「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Although the guy a the front desk was nice the condition of the property was not. The room was disgustingly dirty. The walls were absolutely terrible. The sink did not have any hot water in the toilet did not flush well at all.. I bleached everything down and use Lysol throughout the entire room. The price does not match the condition of the room. I was very displeased 」

「Mold on the molding, sticky floor, a/c cover was falling off. Ceiling peeling. Door by the pool has a broken door handle. I cut my finger on it. Hall has moldy smell If you need to stay there. Do not stay on the first floor. 3rd floor has the best rooms There’s nobody at the front desk. All transactions done remotely. Not a pleasant experience 」

「Surprisingly nice considering the cost. I don't typically go low end on my stays but at the hour I flew in to Sarasota and being the flamingo was close to a client I had to visit in the morning, this is where I stayed. Not the cleanest, not the most up to date, but was one of the better beds I've slept in any hotel this year so far. They actually have real size pillows and not those postage stamp size ones the chains have. No Frills but a cheap stay.」
