「Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property. The only issue we experienced involved communication. Earlier in the day, I received a text message stating that if I needed anything, I could simply reply to that number. Around 8:00 p.m., while my husband and I were out for a walk, my father called to say he had a severe headache. I replied to the text requesting towels and something for his headache, but I never received a response. When we returned around 11:00 p.m., my father told me...

「The hotel is located at a perfect location with just 11 min to Sarasota International hotel, 8 min drive to a beautiful Lido beach and walking distance to a Wholefoods and different restaurants. Hotel offers a great breakfast with made to order omlets. Restaurant on site is a plus. The food was good. The room was clean and spacious. Loved the stay.」

「Super helpful staff」

「The place itself was nice. I love old style boutique hotels. No complaints on the hotel itself. My only complaint is from the Expedia site. The pictures on the site leads you to believe that some of the rooms have kitchens that don’t actually have kitchens. The standard rooms don’t have kitchens.」

「The location is downtown Sarasota, just half a mile away from the Ringling Causeway taking you over to Lido Keys St Armands Circle and Longboat Key. Perfect location! The staff was extremely polite and professional very helpful and all my requests were taken care of immediately! Highly recommended!」

「The young lady at the check in desk was fantastic x 2. She makes your property shine. Very nice, patient and well trained. The restaurants were very good and your servers were knowledgeable, patient and Clean.」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「This was one of the cleanest and most attentive stays I have ever encountered. Attention to detail was spot on! Great facility. My only criticism….the orange juice was not freshly squeezed orange juice. Other than that AMAZING PLACE!」

「The Keurig machine did not work and it had to be replaced. Then, the bathroom sink was clogged and had to be fixed and both of these things happened within the first hour we got to our room. Also, one of the electrical outlets was inoperable. I was not happy with Hilton run hotels.」
