「This is the absolute best vacation we’ve ever taken in our lives and barely left the resort at all for our entire stay! For the level of luxury this resort offers it blew our minds how family friendly it was as well. Our son is 6 and autistic and every single staff member we came into contact with made sure he enjoyed the stay just as much as any other kiddo. The restaurants are amazing, the pool atmosphere is out of this world, beach access is wonderful, rooms and complimentary self care...

「Comfortable Room but it needed to be cleaned, it was never vacuumed the entire time we were there.
Lots of dust under the mattress and very visible on the box spring.
Restaurants were good, very fun tiki bar and beautiful beach!
I really liked this resort, I wish I would’ve requested better cleaning in the room .」

「Check in process was not the greatest. The office was closed on day of check in and the link provided was not working to allow upload of documents. There was sand all over the floor and in the shower -and yes, I know this is a beach house and sand is inevitable but shouldn't be there on day of check in, especially in the shower that hasn't been used yet.
