「Lovely hotel. My son enjoyed the pool. We got 2 free drink tickets with our stay. The passion fruit mojito was beyond amazing. If you have a choice the room viewing the pool is nicer than the one viewing the street. The only downside was the water for the shower never got very hot. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to some great restaurants and street art.」

This property sits on a regular little local neighborhood street which can be a little deceiving at first but once you slide open those big wooden doors you're immersed into the beauty of this property! It was clean, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. The plaza/"downtown" area of Tlaquepaque is a short 7 min walk from the hotel, the area is safe. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, offering a variety of foods. Breakfast included...

「The room had a lovely (shared) balcony with views of the street and sunset.The air-conditioning and ceiling fan kept the room cool. It's centrally located within 5 minutes of El Centro. The staff were all kind and friendly. The airport shuttle was safe and friendly- highly recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel itself is located close to many places to visit and eat. The hotel lobby is nice, and they provide complimentary water. We had to pay extra for air conditioning. Staff was usually excellent. The issues have more to do with overall cleanliness and upkeep than anything else. We killed 6 flies in our room in one night. On a different night, we killed a cockroach crawling across our hotel room floor. Mosquitoes were everywhere -lobby, restroom, shower, hotel room. Bring repellent and apply...

「Rooms and hotel in general were spotless. Location is excellent, close to attractions, restaurants and shops but just far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Staff were friendly and there is someone at reception 24/7」
