This is a charming hotel within blocks of old town center. the staff is amazing! They are so caring and helpful. The rooftop terrazzo and small pool area are very nice. I enjoyed this hotel very much.

Nice place with AC, and warm (not hot) water in rooms. Parking lot a block down was easy access but the gate was always open when we passed, so not necessarily secure. Good basic breakfast of fruit, yogurt, and chilaquiles included.

Amazing experience Upon arrival they greet you with a shot of tequila. Was delicious! Hotel clean, it’s beautiful and coz. Staff professional, informative and kind They will accommodate all your requests. They provide courtesy breakfast and. It just any breakfast. Good breakfast! The hotel is close to walking distance to the plaza El Paraian and you can explore in the surrounding with no need transportation. They offer a tours to Ajijic & Chapala for $650 per person 7-8 hour tour. They also offer Tequila tour. Was enough to enjoy that side of the area. Was a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Día de Muertos is a fantastic time to visit the area. The hotel is themed for the festivities- courtesy tequila shots nightly. Free 2-course breakfasts were served with attention; the lobby had a cold filtered water stand to refill our water bottles; and they offered fun recommendations for tours and sights. We had a restful 4 nights and will return to Puerta San Pedro.

This hotel is lovely and is walking distance to the artsy centro histórico de Tlaquepaque with a lot of restaurants and food vendors and boutique stores. The staff was really nice and helpful. I liked my room on the third floor, the bed was comfortable and it’s clean. Highly recommended.
