「The room was very clean. The Breakfast was very well done. Was a great place for our 2 dogs. They had a very nice secluded grassy area for the dogs. And the staff did a great job of emptying the dog poo bins! People seemed to clean up after their dogs as well. Was very close to downtown, only a couple miles, so convenient. Had just been remodeled, and it was very nice and clean.」

「The Jacuzzi was broken. It was disappointing. The pool wall is cracked and broken. It was scary. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was comparatively poor quality.」

「It's new, clean, it's convinient, the service is nice and good, I love my room on 12th floor can see the montain view and sunset!」

「It had a very special vibe. Perfect for exploring Asheville. There were very purposeful social areas, which were always utilized. We were a group of 8 in 3 different rooms, so we used the upper loft area to socialize rather than congregate in a room.」

「Spacious room, despite the road noise. This room has a large balcony patio but no furniture to even enjoy it. The pull out couch is not what you may expect not a true pull out with mattress more of a foldout onto the floor. Upon check in we were told housekeeping every other day, but apparently that starts after 3 nights of stay??? Family of 4 in a room means you will likely run out of things and trash will accumulate. Seems like staff doesn’t really truly know housekeeping policy. Otherwise...

「My husband and I just stayed at the Aloft in Asheville last week and absolutely loved everything about it! We travel quite often & this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed. The rooms were super nice, bed comfortable, bathroom great. The staff was super friendly, check in and out were smooth. The location was awesome and super central to all these downtown happenings. We walked next door to their sister hotel and had dinner watching the most amazing sunset on the rooftop restaurant....
