"Good for beach bum, great location. Rooms suck, poor maintenance. Sink missing strainer, nasty. Shower had sand leaving me to not shower questioning the cleanliness. No air conditioner poor heater. Pillows too high, bed too soft."

"The room was clean for the most part the doors had brown smudges all over them. I’m thinking it was just make up and the door knob was greasy. The sheets were clean and the floor and tables. The breakfast isn’t terrible but some fruit would help balance it a bit. They had coco packets but no hot water available. For the price it is very acceptable, located across from restaurants, beaches, and the boat docks. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The Inn needs a major update. The breakfast was the biggest negative for us. We only book hotels with breakfast included. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Your options were bagels, cereal, or make your own oatmeal. "
