「Checking in, the lobby was a pig-sty. The room was adequate, air conditioner worked well and ample parking. I noticed the bathroom floor was wet. I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded. Obviously a pipe had broken and there was water everywhere. All the clothes in my suitcase were soaked, so had to wear the same clothes the next day. I only chose this hotel as it was the...

「Rooms were decent but we were disappointed to arrive and find out that the pool & hot tub was out of door due to construction . If we had known prior to booking we would’ve stayed elsewhere due to our little ones looked forward to it. When I arrived front desk said they couldn’t get ahold of me through my 3rd party being ( Expedia) .」
