「We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. 「Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me. I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me. I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too. Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB」

「Room cleaning was haphazard, some days the beds were made and the room cleaned, on others only the trash cans were emptied or the room was not cleaned at all. The elevator and hallway in front of the elevator had quite a bit of trashes that never got picked up. Breakfast is typical sparse and crappy American foods, albeit a little more choices than a sugary donut and cheap coffee. Hotel does provide full amenities like a swimming pool and small gym. 「Great value. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean. Beds were comfortable. The place was generally quiet (aside from some daytime live music at worth breezing across the street). The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained.
