「This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. 「I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs. 入住後我全身都是咬痕，有照片為證。飯店現場把床墊保潔墊拖走，事後卻完全否認並把責任推給旅客。 在異國我被迫無處可去、行李還留在房間，他們一句話都不負責。請一定避開這家飯店。 」

「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」
