The room is tiny, congested, and has a very strong, unpleasant odor. It feels like an old, poorly maintained building rather than the premium experience advertised. To make matters worse, breakfast at Via Sophia is a total rip-off. I paid $24 (after a mandatory 18% tip and tax) for a tiny, shallow plate of oatmeal that wouldn't fill a child. Serving such small portions at these prices is insulting to professional travelers. The room smells, the food is overpriced, and the 'amenities' feel like a scam. Save your money and stay elsewhere."
