「Had many issues with my rooms. Had to move 3 times in a 4 day stay. Thanks to Tommy at the front desk that made us feel comfortable with our stay. He listened and talked to us politely and resolved our issues. Rooms definitely needs to be up graded. Thanks Tommy」
