We had constant issues during our weekend stay. Check-in involved a long wait, and when we finally got to our room, it was already occupied. We had to carry our luggage back to the lobby, wait again, and were told it was a mix-up. We were given a new room, but the key cards didn’t work—they hadn’t been activated. After another trip to the lobby, we finally got in, only to find just two towels, so we had to request more.
Our friends arrived later and were assigned our original (still occupied) room, despite us having reported the issue. They had to go through the same hassle to get reassigned.
At the hotel bar, the live music on Saturday night was enjoyable, but way too loud for the small space. While our husbands had drinks, my friend and I went for water—until we saw mold or algae growing in the dispenser. Clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned.
The hotel looks beautiful, but management seriously lacks attention to detail. Room assignments were poorly handled, service was inefficient, and cleanliness was a concern.
