"The customer service at the hotel was excellent especially the door person was very customer orientated and was very helpful to all especially myself and my wife in terms of transportation and what was going on and how to get there so I really want to say good things about that person who was at the door ,an African-American gentleman. "Our stay was comfortable but a few items need looked at. First our room door “squeaked” loudly when opening it. Second the heat/ac was very “noisy” like there was something loose. We couldn’t sleep with it on. Sunday breakfast was good but wasn’t ready until almost 7:20."
