「旅館附近的街道非常狹小，車輛又多，上下車非常不方便。旅館又沒有自己的停車場，必須停在附近的停車場，車子又多，常常停不到位子！另外客房服務不到位，等了兩個多小時沒有人來舖沙發床，一直到深夜12點，只好自己下樓，請人送被單床單來自己鋪床。櫃檯電話竟然都打不通！」

「The staff really sucks, I could check in at 4pm, I came in at 9pm and they told me the room wasn't ready just the twin beds and they didn't know when it would be ready. I said it's not my problem, you need to fix it, and the front desk said it's not her problem, and the service at this hotel is really bad.」

「I stayed in the hotel with my family during Thanksgiving. It was wonderful. The hotel is clearly a nice choice! The rooms are not big, but nice and clean and cozy. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to Indepdence Hall, China Town, Macy's, the City Hall. Everything is closeby. And you can easily have a nice breakfast or lunch at Reading Terminal Market. Definitely recommend the hotel. I hope to have the chance of visiting Philly again and will definitely choose the hotel again. 」

「I loved how the property was close to Temple University which is where I was needing to go. Very quiet suite and I enjoyed the surrounding areas, would recommend to colleagues. 」

「Overall my stay was good. The bar tenders were great! I had an issue with an extra charge and it was resolved within minutes. Their employees are very respectable, and helpful! Room was average but beds were comfortable. 」
