「excellent service front desk really friendly the only thing my ac wasn’t working but I didn’t use it. and the room phone wasn’t working either everything else excellent exciting to go back」

「We made a reservation through Expedia and when we reached the hotel, we were told that our room was given to customers who walked in without a reservation. It looked like they completely ignored the reservation made by us. On top of that we were not told about it when we checked in and we were simply given a room key to a smaller room than what we booked. We found that about it onky after we opened our room. It was very much frustrating stand with our kids, to see the front desk not showing...

「Bed linens were clean and new. Fan/light combo in bathroom was not working properly and made a loud noise every 10-15 seconds. Lamp with outlets for charging wasn’t working. Tv remote didn’t work and the remote didn’t have a battery cover. No cups near the sink. Breakfast was two cereal options or breakfast sandwiches. It was quiet」

「Clean enough room. No ice buckets. One of the cabinet drawers came off when we tried to open it. There was old food and trash under one of the beds. No ice buckets which is crazy. The tub was very slick, I almost fell twice. The tub wouldn't drain properly. The corners of the bathroom were very dirty. Towels were great, very nice. We had a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes at all.......9」
