「First of all, my husband & I fell in love with Carcassonne, this hotel, and the staff (Jean, Stephen and Tiffany) who were friendly and helpful. We were excited to be staying inside the castle walls. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and facing the castle walls. The inside of the hotel had an Old World feeling, warm, and decorated for Christmas. In short, it was lovely! We took a taxi from the train station. The driver said it was forbidden for him to enter the city walls so he dropped us...

「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」

「接待人員相當親切，環境整體亦相當乾淨舒適，僅浴室淋浴的水龍頭支撐架壞掉，沖洗時有點不方便，但不影響整體感受。若搭乘火車旅遊，蠻推薦此住宿，價格便宜且距離車站步行約5~10分鐘(視行李重量增減)，且退房後可寄放行李。另外，住宿點距離城堡較遠，可搭乘公車往返，但公車資訊無法用google map取得，可向接待人員諮詢進一步資訊。」
