「Nous nous sommes fiés aux différents commentaires qui vantaient un personnel extra dans un cadre agréable et c’est exactement ce que nous avons eu ! Certes l’hôtel est vieillissant, mais la literie est confortable. Un changement de moquette ferait grandement du bien (on se rappelle des fumeurs ?)… mais le rapport qualité prix ne serait peut être plus le même. En tout cas, nous y avons passé quelques nuits, en famille, en toute satisfaction. Le snack du soir et le petit déjeuner sont supers....

「I had the pleasure of staying at Villa des Iris at the beginning of December. For the first time after several months of traveling, I unfortunately, made a mistake in my dates and arrived unannounced and unexpected. That said, Jack and his wife were so welcoming and kind and accommodated me for 2 (vs the originally booked 1 night). I was the only one staying in the villa, but I had a very cozy and wonderful stay while I visited Bervais and Amiens.」

「已經信用卡完成付費，訂了2個房間。當晚9:30到達旅館，員工已下班，必須自助入住，但自助入住的機器壞掉，根本無法自助check in。 旅館有電話但完全無法連絡旅館相關人士。 當晚不只我們無法入住，還有其他旅客也遭遇相同情形。 我們只好摸黑另外付費找旅館，到了將近晚上12:00才成功找到住宿。 感覺差勁透了！應該要退費並補償有此遭遇的旅客。」
