「Le personnel sympathique」

「Hotel budget per una notte. Parcheggio gratuito. Ristorante buono dove si può arrivare a piedi nell'albergo adiacente.」

「Lovely staff were very kind and helpful with my food allergies at the breakfast buffet and room service. The room was beautiful and impeccably clean. Great location close to stores, restaurants and walkable to Chantilly Palace. Would definitely stay again!」

「Top cet hébergement. Le personnel est aux petits soins」

「This room checked all the boxes for the basics. The room was a typical higher budget room. The towels were nicer than expected, breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful and the availability of parking (arranged in advance) for a very reasonable price was a bonus. It was definitely a cut above a typical Best Western in the US.」

「I wanted to be honest as we had an awful experience which ruined our stay. We turned up at 3pm (check in time) to be told our room isn’t ready - so we waited about 30 mins (not ideal with 2 small kids but it was fine, it happens!). Then we asked about the EV charging which is advertised and told to head to the end of the road which only had plugs. Our EV car doesn’t have the typical house plug but a standard type EV plug which ended up not being suitable. We picked that hotel due to its EV...

「Compared with hotels in the USA, I would describe this property more as a very basic, run-down motel than a hotel. The building is old, located in a very isolated area, and unfortunately appears to be in significant need of maintenance and renovation. The room was not very clean, and the overall condition of the property gave the impression that it is slowly falling into decay. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything happening outside your room, including people walking...

「Absolutely beautiful place to stay . We met with our daughter and partner . It was such a special reunion and the perfect place to do so. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant served us one of the most delicious meals we have ever had. We couldn’t be more happier with our visit here and hope to return here from Australia and do it all over again.」

「晚到入住指引清晰順利，退房時人員態度友善，十分推薦！」

「Such a lovely place. I would definitely go back!」

「Everything about this property, from staff, cleanliness, amenities, to food, were top notch! My only complaint (small) was the shower half-door. I am not used to this and it made for showering an ordeal and made the counter and floors wet.」

「Drainage of washing basin and shower drainage was not cleared up.」

「價格和客房整體設施滿意，距離機場很近，適合早班飛機前一天來這裡住。房間裡面沒有熱水壺、冰箱，無法泡茶或咖啡，熱水要去跟櫃檯要求，比較麻煩。」

「Very good value for the money.」

「I actually did not realize it was a bed-and-breakfast before I got there. I thought it was an actual hotel. But once I got into the swing of understanding what it was, it was delightful. I had a room in what looks like a converted barn, where breakfast was served below in my room, looking like it was a converted hayloft. And it was magnificent. I would totally recommend this place. And the husband and wife that run it, they are very nice and helpful. And what a great spread they had for...

「the hot water provided terrible !!!!!」

「Personale cordiale e gentile, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus, camera pulita, letto comodo」
