a lovely place with a nice pizza place just opposite - I would suggest that one night is enough - there are a few people hanging around

Adequate stay for the price

The woman at the front desk wasn’t the friendliest, nevertheless the room was adequate. The shower is small but the water pressure and temperature are great. The beds are extremely firm, just be prepared. But decent location near a train stop and not far outside of Creil.

Arrivée compliquée avec une borne qui demande les mêmes informations que lors de ma réservation en ligne donc au moins 10 minutes de procédure dans le froid. Aucun personnel d'accueil et les numéros indiqués en cas de problèmes ne fonctionnent pas. Chambre introuvable car pas indiquée par des panneaux. Musique aux alentours très forte. Chambre vétuste et sale. Je ne reviendrai pour rien au monde et j'ai même dû appelé la police car une bagarre a éclaté dans la rue donnant sur l'hôtel. Je suis plus que déçue et je trouve que le prix est bien trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de la nuit et de la chambre et au vu des problèmes rencontrés.

Nous y sommes allés pour une nuit en juillet. Dès l'entrée, nous avons été accueillis par deux cafards sur les murs extérieurs de l'hôtel. Les chambres étaient très vétustes. Il n'y avait pas de lumière (sauf salle de bain et la lumière du lit). Les draps étaient propres, mais des tâches, des résidus peut-être d'insectes et des poils étaient présents sur le sommier. Le petit-déjeuner ne paie pas de mine. Cela dit, le personnel n'était pas désagréable. Nous sommes partis dans un autre hôtel et sommes revenus le matin pour tester le petit déjeuner et rendre la carte de la chambre. En conclusion, nous avons choisi cet hôtel, car il était bien noté. Cependant, nous sommes tombés de haut.

Hotel où je ne reviendrai plus , les personnes qui y habitent ( logées dans l'hôtel) n'ont aucun respect pour les autres clients. Bruits , odeurs, portes qui claquent . Malgré les plaintes , rien n'est fait. Bref entre l'ambiance et la chambre , je n'y retournerai plus

Hôtel très très bruyant ...des gens qui sûrement occupé l'hôtel a l'année font énormément de bruit ... claquement de porte , parle très fort devant les portes ...fume devant les entrées... jusqu'à 1h du matin le lendemain des 6h claquement de porte ...crie etc....le lendemain la réceptionniste qui déjeune tranquille avec ces copines ...donc service à revoir
