"Very clean room, great shower, wifi connection smooth. Breakfast was standard. However, dining is very limited and expensive, try having dinner before getting there. There were only 2 vegetarian options, one of which was not available."

"I wish there was a way to score negative integers. It was so bad. We arrived at 1am and the guy took forever to check us in, then despite not telling me nor asking and despite booking was prepaid it wrote down my credit card number with the ccv number which is a violation of anti fraud rules for card data handling. When i complained he really did not care, he just shrugged the shoulder at 'you are breaking rules' statement. On 2nd night, alarm went off at 3:45 as staff (nowhere to be found!) Had smoker a cigarette by the emergency door. Never even got an apology, there was nobody at reception and nobody helped us evacuate and if there had been a real emergency half of us would be dead. Absolutely unapologetically shambolic. Please close down and give the hotel to someone more competent. "
