「Nice staff nice place but not convenient 」

「Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would...

「Having self service laundry is so good. The bed is comfort.」

「So far so good 」

「ok」

「All staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Room is nice. Located in a quite place yet with tram stop and metro not far away from hotel. Only 10 minutes to the central」

「Clean rooms. Spacious. Had a view. Nice bed. Liked the kitchenette. Location was good, in a safe and clean area, a little bit outside of old town. Staff was helpful. Liked the 24h front desk. They let us use the shower room post check-out before heading to the airport, which was great.」

「Breakfast buffet is quite good, but a little bit dirty for the hotel room, especially the bathroom」
