This hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Very beautiful! The staff was so friendly, breakfast was delicious. Loved how it was walking distance to a bus stop. Highly recommend.

Absolutely faultless. The hotel was beautiful, the decor and styling is amazing. The rooms were spotless and the beds are so comfortable and big. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive. Check in/check out process was so seamless with the online forms. Took a few minutes to fill in (I did it on the way to the hotel) and when we arrived at the hotel we were checked in in under 5minutes. The gentleman at the reception allowed us to enter our room early which was amazing as we had an early flight. He took up our luggage and it was waiting for us when we got to the room. The breakfast had lots of options for all dietary requirements and was always fresh and lovely! Tea making station was a nice touch, a tea lovers dream. The spa is great also, I HIGHLY recommend the Balinese massage. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. The pool area was nice and clean but the water is rather cold so couldn’t really enjoy it unless you’re planning on swimming laps. The restaurant is lovely and reasonably priced, you can also have it as room service which is nice if you want a quiet night. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel which takes you straight to Central Amsterdam in about 10mins, also a tram which is a short walk over the bridge. All in all this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

My stay at Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The hotel’s unique architecture and lush greenery create an incredibly peaceful and inspiring atmosphere right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning views of the water.

This was an ideal pre-cruise location prior to our river cruise. Comfortable room, outstanding breakfast with so much selection and wonderful, friendly staff. Easy walking distance to cruise port, and excellent connections via bus, tram and metro made it easy home base from which to explore Amsterdam. Close enough to be convenient but far enough away from central area to be quiet and relaxing. Very new, modern and unique.

Allgemein sehr schönes Hotel. Die tropischen Ausstattung war sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und willkommen heißend. Leider hat der Fernseher nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich habe mich hierzu an die Rezeption gewendet. Das Zimmer hat auch seine Jahre hinter sich, alte und abgenutzte Stellen. Leider konnte man mir hier nicht wirklich helfen. Massage war sehr toll. Insgesamt würde ich eine 7/10 geben :)
