The shuttle bus is very useful and easy to find. The water of shower is strong enough and hot enough. There are plenty of plugs to charge and AC works very well, definitely my first choice to stay if I visit Amsterdam again!

The bed is a bit too soft yet it didn't hurt my back after 4 nights sleeping. Front desk staff are all nice and very helpful, the shuttle is a big bonus and the price of staying is totally worthy.

Okay service, but bad facility and cleanliness

The first room I checked it was not ready. You can still see the oily stain on the desk. The blanket was on the floor and the bed wasn’t made. The front desk staff immediately changed another room for me which was good. However, the shower in the second room was extremely hot that I couldn’t take a comfortable shower. Overall experience was bad.

At around 3:00 a.m., the fire alarm went off. I immediately left my room expecting a structured evacuation, but guests gathered inside the lobby instead of being directed outside to a safe assembly point. There was only one staff member present, who appeared overwhelmed. No clear instructions were given, no coordinated evacuation took place, and there was no visible leadership. After the alarm stopped, guests began returning to their rooms without any official announcement confirming that the building had been checked and declared safe. When I asked whether the situation had been verified, I was told it still needed to be checked. I also observed the elevator being used to access the affected floor during what could have been a fire-related incident. Only after my written complaint was I informed that it had been a false alarm caused by a technical malfunction. I was also told that the designated outdoor assembly point was inaccessible due to construction work. According to the hotel, the fire brigade had been contacted but decided not to attend as it was believed to be a system malfunction. None of this was clearly communicated during the incident. I did not feel safe and was unable to sleep afterwards. No refund was offered.

Expérience déplorable : hygiène, nuisances et tentatives de débits suspects. Mon séjour du 9 au 10 février 2026 dans cet établissement a été une succession de fautes professionnelles inacceptables. Chambre et Confort : La propreté est négligée et la literie est de très mauvaise qualité. J'ai été contraint de changer de chambre en raison d'un bruit de climatisation assourdissant empêchant tout repos. Service et Personnel : Le personnel s'est montré exécrable et dénué de tout sens de l'accueil. Le petit-déjeuner à 18,95 € est une aberration au vu de la qualité proposée. SÉCURITÉ FINANCIÈRE (ALERTE) : C'est le point le plus critique. Bien que j'aie réglé mes taxes de séjour au check-out le 10 février, l'hôtel a tenté d'effectuer un nouveau débit injustifié de 4,95 € sur ma carte bancaire deux jours plus tard, le 12 février à 15h06. Heureusement, ma banque (Revolut Ultra) a bloqué cette transaction suspecte. Ces pratiques de débits post-séjour sans autorisation sont frauduleuses. Je déconseille formellement cet hôtel à quiconque souhaite un séjour serein et sécurisé. Un signalement sera effectué auprès des autorités compétentes.

Photos are misleading and depict much nicer accommodations. Room was drab, old everything, one sink plugged up, with no stopper, housekeeping minimal. Zero food when $$ mediocre and very slow service restaurant isn't open. Tiny vending with only candy and drinks (ran out of water).

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, Haare im Bett, Fäkalien an dem Toilettenpapierhalter, make up im Handtuch. Keine funktionierende Heizung, Türen schwerfällig zu öffnen und das Frühstück. Die Brötchen waren hart vom Vortag, genau wie der Aufschnitt. Dreckiges Geschirr und nachgelegt wurde selbstständig nichts.
