「1st I had requested a downstairs room i didn't get secondly honestly this hotel smell like mildew something in the air idk but my allergies where full blown...breakfast was awesome the attendant was very helpful n professional..」

「The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, and the continental breakfast is complete. We only had an issue with the shuttle; it is important that they specify the service hours, because we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle service but had to pay for a taxi since they didn't have a shuttle running at 6:00 AM.」

「Great stay and staff, great breakfast options! a/c started acting up (weird chirping noise) and they offered me another room without hesitation and apologized. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. 4 fluffy pillows. Only minor complaint, was bed was kinda hard, but the pillows made it better」

「Cleanest hotel I have been to in Harlingen. The staff definitely made you feel like family. They have an enclosed court yard with fenced in pool, they kept clean and grass was immaculate compared to the area. Room was clean, carpets looked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone if travels put them in this area.」

「This was a good option for us since it had breakfast included. We were doing medical Tourism in Mexico. The parking area at the border was only 15 minutes from the hotel.」

「The water was extremely hot to shower. We told them. Maintenance went to the room twice. 2nd time he said to give it a few mins for the cold water to work, but if it didnt to just let it run. We did let it run, but it just kept getting hotter. We did not tell them again, because the guy was annoyed.」

「Rooms nice and clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom was not good. Toilet felt like you had to "pop a squat" very low. Great if I were a midget. Hot water in shower nearly non-existent just use hot water faucet? no need for the cold. Continental breakfast...joke. coffee so diluted. Nothing offered but cereal and pancakes..Great for diabetics!! No fruit or yogurt to be seen. The grounds have seen better days. There are cracks and potholes. Glad it was for 1 night only and it was prepaid.」
