I definitely would book again and suggest this on your route while in Iceland. I’d suggest stay when not so exhausted from flying in. So you can fully enjoy the night sky. "Great rooms, conveniently located near but not in the Golden Circle. Unfortunately breakfast was not good, I would say bad. Hopefully this will improve with their new dining room renovation which was happening as we were there. We barely saw any staff there, even at check in the person was behind a giant monitor."

"The double beds are huge, they felt more like king size. We were only there overnight but check in was easy, the amenities were clean and there were so many separate bathrooms scattered throughout the building - never had to wait for one. The kitchen was large with plenty of space. Note that the hostel is further off the main road than we thought, the road is fairly well maintained inred but it is gravel for 6km or so to get there. Also pizza on site but not much other food around."
