"Excellent, Clean, Beautiful, New, everything was great"

"It was an amazing experience. The room was cosy with heaters, a heated mattress and cosy lights. We saw the northern lights on display for about 2 hours looking straight out from the comfort of our bed. Highly recommend! "

"Clean room. Nice breakfast. Pretty location. Staff was nice. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night a couple of times and staff was no where to be seen for what felt like a long time. It was faulty not a fire. It was a bit frustrating at 3am. Nothing was mentioned the next morning. I would think a discount would have been given or an apology but nothing. "
