"Hotel & rooms were very clean, almost immaculate, check in representative was attentive and polite, the balcony area was a pleasant surprise, rocking chairs were a plus! Breakfast was basic, but enjoyable! Definitely would stay here again!"

"This was my first time staying at this property and I was pleasantly surprised! I grew up about 17 miles south and my mom shopped in Shenandoah all the time, so driving down Sheridan Avenue was a trip down memory lane. It was fun talking with front desk staff when checking out about memories from over 50 years ago."

"We had to change rooms because the first one was unclean. The second room was acceptable, but not great. Management of the property is lacking."

"Basic type of hotel room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The coffee machine wasn’t working well and was at best “weak.” The staff was helpful when we had an issue with our sink. Bottom line: value for the price in Shenandoah and a decent place to bunk!"
