"Kitchen light didn't work. Lights by bed didn't work, didn't have bulbs. Main switch also turned off plugs--most places this is an electrical code violation. Had to charge devices in the kitchen, if I could find the plug in the dark. Parking was isolated and not secure, had to park at another building. TV controller had dead, damaged batteries and was unusable. Pool was dirty, leaf filled. Staff had to be asked four times to provide an ironing board. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at, including several in third world countries. Told clerk about problems but she didn't write anything down so doubt they will fix anything. I've seen far better in third world countries. Property should be delisted from Expedia until they prove it is usable."

"The beds were awful, like blow up beds on a frame. The bathroom was so patched together, poorly I might add, there was an active leak from the room above us and the toilet was hard pressed to flush. While maintenance was very attentive the room should have been marked out of order."

"room nice and spacious had room on the end of building, found that it was a bit larger, very nice. hotel grounds were very nice, areas to sit down by the lake. staff very accommodating and courteous. will be planning this as our lodging location next time we are in town for tennis at indian wells. "

"Pools were lovely. Room was very nice. Activities were not consistently done and in wrong locations which was frustrating since I have young kids who would’ve loved them. Cleaning of the room was inconsistent. For the amount we paid I expected more. Food was good but overpriced. Valet was excellent. "

"Homewood suites offered a 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ visit to Indian wells/La Quinta. The proximity to the BNP PARIBAS tennis event is unmatched. The hotel is close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff work hard to ensure that every aspect of service expectation is met. It’s become my go to and nobody does it better."

"This hotel was very nice. Clean, rooms were a good size. The bathrooms were really nice. Their breakfast was substantial. Nice place to stay while visiting friends!"
