"Had an excellent time ,staff are very friendly and helpfull . We stayed over Cristmas and we were surprised finding a christmas card and chocolate in our room. I definetly recomand the hotel in the centre of Toulouse. I would deffinately come back to the Le Grand Balcone Hotel. Two very happy customers. "

"Staff very friendly and I was put in a quiet room at the back of the hotel. Everything I needed was provided. Bed really comfy. Location perfect. My friend stayed one night in a room at the front of the hotel which she said was noisy."

"My late arrival was no problem, property has everything I need for short stay (room plus breakfast) didn't need the kitchen option this time. Just across from rail and bus stations, well lit area at night. As solo female traveller that's a priority. No time for the spa this visit but on previous visits I can recommend a soak in the jacuzzi to get rid of travelling aches."

"Didnt like any of it Room was dirty No hand soap Flys loads on wall and door sick of them i was Air Con was broke Bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned Paid £6.50 for breakfast which was terrible and hardly any choice Staff cant speak English and didnt seem interested Never comeing back to that dump"
