「Very friendly staff and overall clean lobby and room although relatively small for a double room. Breakfast is excellent and I particularly appreciate the orange juicer available to customers and the large choice of brioche and croissants. My only real gripe is that A/C was turned off in the entire hotel. Not because it was broken but because it was not the "season". Rooms were pretty hot and we had to open the windows in the morning and evening.」

「J'ai effectué une réservation quelques jours avant mon séjour sur Toulouse et le soir en arrivant j'ai constaté que l'hôtel était fermé. Je me suis retrouvé à errer dans la ville à minuit, ai pu finalement contacter la plateforme de réservation qui m'a confirmé qu'effectivement l'hôtel était fermé , merci de l'info après avoir eu la confirmation de la commande le retrait su paiement etc... on m'a après divers tergiversation mis en rapport avec un service en ligne soit disant aux états unis pour...
